The Administrative Board Due Process Committee (DPC) is a standing committee of the EFRAG Administrative Board set up in accordance with Art 7.3.7 of the EFRAG Statutes. Its role is to assist the Administrative Board in exercising oversight of the due process of the reporting boards and reporting technical expert groups and their working groups, panels and task forces, and periodically evaluate the transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of EFRAG’s due process.
