Dr Claes Norberg is since March 2025 a Corporate Reporting Specialist at FAR, the Institute for the accountancy profession in Sweden. He is also since January 2025 the Vice-Chair of the Swedish Corporate Reporting Board.
He was the Director of Accountancy at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise from 2009 until February 2025.
Norberg has also been Professor of Business Law at Lund University (Sweden) between1998 and 2009 and Professor of Corporate Law at Uppsala University (Sweden) between 2011 and 2023.
Claes was the Chair of the BusinessEurope Sounding Board between 2013 and 2024 and has served as a member of the Disciplinary Committee at the Swedish Inspectorate of Auditors between 2016 and 2024.
Dr. Norberg earned a LL.D. in Fiscal Law at Uppsala University (Sweden) in 1991.
