Paolo Cazzini joined EFRAG in August 2024, where he provides support to the Sustainability Reporting Board Chair, the SR Technical Expert Group Chair, and the PMO staff. With a focus on project management, Paolo is responsible for organizing high-level meetings, managing complex calendars, overseeing strategic communications, and coordinating outreach efforts.
Before joining EFRAG, Paolo worked at FedEx Express, where he supported the Field IT and Customer Technology department, assisting teams across Europe. His previous experience also includes a role at NATO's Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), where he gained extensive knowledge in human resources, particularly in managing military personnel processes and staffing.
Paolo holds a Master’s
degree in European and International Studies from the University of Trento and
a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University. He is
fluent in Italian, English, and French, and brings a diverse skill set to
EFRAG’s sustainability reporting initiatives
