Bouchra joined EFRAG in July 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience across diverse industries. From managing dynamic airport ground operations to excelling in the hospitality sector.
In her most recent role, she worked as a Human Resources Coordinator, specializing in Learning & Development at Marriott Hotels, a global leader in the hospitality industry. There, she facilitated impactful training programs that empowered teams and elevated service standards. Seeking fresh challenges and new horizons, Bouchra made the bold decision to move to Europe to expand her career.
Originally from Algeria, Bouchra holds a Bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpretation from the University of Constantine. She is currently advancing her professional development by pursuing an Executive Master's in Human Resources at ICHEC Management School in Brussels.
